wantinashee Posted February 18, 2005 Report Posted February 18, 2005 go with primary drive. and gust uses sprocket specialist on his z-slowhundred, he ran sidewinder years ago Quote
squish Posted February 18, 2005 Report Posted February 18, 2005 I have had my sidewinder set up for three years now. The hairscrambles I ride in put them through hell. No signs of wear. I say take a chance with crap and break down then thats for you Quote
rocketboy Posted February 19, 2005 Report Posted February 19, 2005 primary drive products are impresive for the money,i run them on all my bikes and if i had a 90+hp bike id think maybe an exotic sprocket chain combo like sidewinder, but the kit is in excess of 3 bills thats a bit steep for maintenance items that should be replaced after awhile anyhow. regardless of what doug gust says, and while were talkin about doug gust ,id say he does good things and is a good role model for the sport, but he rides a z poor stroke and hes not paying for his parts and i guarentee hes getting paid to say kind words every time he opens his mouth ,id also bet his bike isnt setup like a normal yoshi big bore you or i could buy ,hes probably got alot of one off secrets in that motor ,because lets face it, a z400 isnt very fasts, hell it barely edges out a slowhundred ex Quote
