Head gaskets

Where can I get a .010 thin head gasket for banshee at. What about a thick base gasket? Will it change the port timing and make it better or what?

The stock head gasket is only .008 thick. There are thicker base gaskets out there to raise the cylinders slightly. You would have to have the head machined to increase the compression.

make one out of a bud light 18 pack cardboard box. Last time at the dunes, I had a buddy that had rebuilt his topend before the trip and had somehow bent his head gasket before putting it on. He thought it would be ok, but it started leaking as soon as the motor warmed up. Some old dude came riding up on a 185s as we were looking at the situation. He told us to cut one out of a Bud light box. My buddy ran with a bl gasket all weekend. Worked great.
