Did you pull out the floats and put them back in upside-down? Gotta be something like that....

I sent the carbs along with the thumb throttle so theycould fit the new cable/twist.. As far as I know, they didnt mess with taking the carbs apart... I haven't removed the floats either.. I did have the same problem before but it just leaked from the bottom.. Not the side..

Appreciate the replys

It leaked before? Needs carbs rebuilt/needles & seats. Probably the iffy needles dried out while the carbs were off and are leaking really bad now. The best time to have the carbs gone thru was when they were off the first time, but you have probably figured that out by now :shootself:. They shouldn't leak at all unless the bike is on a STEEP slope.

maybe a stuck float??....try tapping on the outside of the float bowl , of each carb, a few times with the handle end of a screw driver.

or

float height off??.. i believe 21mm is the correct height.

These are both brand spankin new carbs... Maybe 4 hours total on them... Could me raising the needle have something too do with it?? I am not too concerned with it leaking from the float bowl as much as I am from the air screw side of both carbs.. that has never happened.. I have had some troubles with the float bowl leak in the past.. They have done it since I first put them on..

Does someone have a link or whatever on how to adjust the float??

Thanks!!
