FMF with Toomey silencers?

I currently have FMF fatty/pc2's but i hit a wheelie the other day and crushed the pc2's, and a friend of mine has toomey silencers and said he'll sellthem to me for 90.00 bux. Will i lose any power, will they mount up to the fatties. How will they sound, i heard toomys are the best sounding pipes out there, but i love my fatties for mx.
