do u guys think that the ptr- high revs would work good with the gorr woods port. i want 2 get all of that bottom and mid that the woods port gives, but i want good top-end power 2. Thanx for replies in advance. Im playin around with ideas for wen rebuild time comes, and ive decided 2 either get ptr mids or high revs with the woods port.

I can tell you now that you won't have practically any top end at all with the mids, and I heard the high revs only give you a tad more than the mids do.

Now, as far as the porting goes, I know sredish has the PT mid / Gorr port combo, he would be able to tell you how strong it is....

Hopefully within the next 6 months I'm going to be sending a set of cylinders to Gorr to port them for me, and I run the PT mids. If you're looking for other suggestions on a pipe setup with Gorr porting, you could pm stclarke, he had the Gorr port running T5's, I can imagine he saw some top end and had the solid low end from the porting...

I have both. The high revs shift the curve slightly, not as much as I'd expect...If your looking for lots of low end , then definately go for the Pt mids, hands down you won't regreat it. They don't rev as high, but have more torque and can pull a larger gear giving you the top end of a high rev and better abilitly to slow down and get back on it w/o shifting as much...If you ride 90% of the time in 1-4 gears then get the mids...

alright, i think ill go with the mids. Ill just set my shee up 2 have awesome torque so i can pull higher gearing. THen ill have good top-end 2. I also like 2 run 22 inch tires. So thanx for the info, u guys on the HQ are really helpful.
