I know this might sound a little crazy, but this old mechanic I used to know (going on 50 years experience) would take a can of coca-cola and pour it over stuck parts and fasteners and it worked every time.(crazy) So I guess try and soak it with some coca-cola and see what happens?????????????

Try it, what could it hurt...if it doesnt work, so your out a buck twenty, and have a sticky sprocket...

IMPACT WRENCH.....works like a charm....every time!!..

if you dont have one, use a piece of pipe as a breaker bar on your ratchet....

and then get yourself an impact wrench!!

oh yeah, a big fat impact will do the trick. if you dont have shop air, get about a 3 foot piece of pipe (steel) and slip it over the end of your ratchet. thatll give you the leverage you need.

i thought you meant remove it from the carrier, but you want to remove the carrier it self. if you have remove those two bigass nuts ( :D ) then whack the axle with a BFH and see if that doesnt free it up. but remember to place the castle nut on the axle or youll fuck up the threads.

the locknuts have been removed already.... this thing is not coming off

he is saying put the castle nut that holds the hub on and hit that SOB with a BFH and this might free it up when you hit the axle and the sprocket hub hits the carrier...
