I was wanting to see some picture of some of your setups , and or any where that sales them at a decent price .. I was thinking of putting a T in line somewhere along the lines of by the water pump, and running a small Car temp guage and make a fiber glass or Carbon Fiber pod for it . any help would be great ! It works very well, but doesn't look quite as trick as using an auto gauge. Quote

You just T into that. I can't find any pics or I'd show ya. Anyway, I drilled a small hole on top of the tank shroud and mounted it there. Quote
BenBB Posted January 14, 2005 Report Posted January 14, 2005 Mine's the same as KRMit's, with a meat thermometer, works great and cost me like $5... Quote
KRMit Posted January 14, 2005 Report Posted January 14, 2005 That's the picture I was looking for. Some people put the thermometer up where the tank shroud and rad cover meet so they don't have to drill a hole. I'd imagine it would be kinda hard to read there though. Quote
