Redo A Arms

Hi Guys,

I wanna touch up my a arms.

Should I have them sprayed or powdercoated?

Hey Boet,

 

If the arms are still stock then you're gonna have some problems PC'ing them, the ball joints are not removable.

 

If they are aftermarket and the ball joints are removable then I would recommend electroplating the uppers and PC'ing the lowers.

I has a set of stock arms powdercoated once, ruined them. The socket around the ball joint is plastic, didn't take the heat real well!
