it seem like the axle takes alot to spin it. Maybe I didnt put the seals on the right sides? Thats the only thing that I can think of. I need HELP.

I just took it all apart again and added silicone grease. I didnt add any before. But anyhow it works great. Was able to polish the rotor while it was off so that was cool.. Yes the rear end is stock.

It aint gonna spin freely unless you wash all the grease out of the bearings, take all the seals off the bearing and take the lip seals off.

 

Other than that there will be some rolling resistance from the seals and the grease. When I put the tires on, I can spin it and maybe get a couple turns out of it with the chain on.
