My brakes was makes grinding noises so i need a new brake rotor but why the loss of breaks? Quote
racer Posted December 5, 2004 Report Posted December 5, 2004 those pads should work fine sounds like need a little bleeding before you get back on the shee. as for the rotor, check it out. if its filled with scratches and deep scars its time for a new one. if its still relatively smooth use a micrometer to measure its thickness. it has a minimum measurement thats stamped into the side of it. if you measurement is smaller than that one its time for a new rotor. if not you are A-OK.
