jaysea1 Posted November 19, 2004 Report Posted November 19, 2004 I have heard great things about Quicksand, and was thinking about buying a set. These come with heim joints...right? Will I have to reem out the spindles? I have an 04. I was also considering Ricky Stator's as well, uses a full size ball joint, which does'nt require any machining..perfect fit? Also with the Quicksand arms, is adjusting the camber and caster easy? Do they send instructions, and setting specs? Alot of questions, but I would appreciate any advice. Which arms are better? Quote
ranshee Posted November 19, 2004 Report Posted November 19, 2004 No reaming, easy instalation, and gary will help you with anything you need help with. Def get the QS. Quote
banshee04le Posted November 19, 2004 Report Posted November 19, 2004 Yep. I'm running Gary's arms and the quality and fit is second to none. One of my crashes on them left me stunned and amazed that the arms where still straight...seriously. I tried hard to bend them. Quote
RNBRAD Posted November 19, 2004 Report Posted November 19, 2004 Also take a close look a Jannsen Racing A-arms before you make your final decision. The MX tech a-arms offer a lifetime warranty against bending or breaking, even if you crash. QS may offer this I'm not sure, they just don't advertise it. Quote

Also like rnbrad said... jannsen's are good shit, along with roll design, gibson, jd performance and one or two others I can't name off the top of my head. Mike Quote
DIRTBIKEZ Posted November 19, 2004 Report Posted November 19, 2004 I have heard great things about Quicksand, and was thinking about buying a set. These come with heim joints...right? I believe they can be built with balljoints. Also take a close look a Jannsen Racing A-arms before you make your final decision. I wondered the same about the Quicksand arms.... that may be the final selling point for me. Quote
