All of a sudden my right carb began leaking out of the lower overflow tube at the bottom rear of the carb. when the gas is on, it FLOWS right out. I took itapart and the floats appeared to be free, put it back together and it still does it! Any suggestions?

Welcome

make sure the float needle is not stuck open

Check that the floats actually float and that there is no damage or dirt on the seat of the fuel valve.

Also check that the float height is set correct:

With the bowl removed and the carb upside down and the fuel valve seated, measure from the bowl sealing face to the top of the float pivot, should be 0.80~0.88" or 20~22mm. Adjust the height by bending the tab.

Increasing the height lowers the level of fuel in the bowl.

Also check that the bowl drain screw is not open, (phillips head screw on the float bowl, difficult to get to on the right carb when it's mounted)
