roosthrower Posted November 4, 2004 Report Posted November 4, 2004 I think it's pretty cool that atvsport covered asphalt drag racing in the new issue. Especially since they covered my home track. I haven't been out there in a while ( My shee runs, but I want to get the 34mm carbs on and get some cut t3's before I get it out there again.) The article gives a broad overview of how atv asphalt racing works. Anyway just had to get that out. I'm shootin for the mid to low 8's when I do get everything the way I want it. I guess anything in that range would be respectable for a mild stock length 350 without a wheely bar. Oh the one thing that did piss me off was all the pictures of the four strokes. Granted there are some really fast four strokes that run at hmp, the didn't have one picture of the quad that dominates 1/8th mile asphalt. (the banshee of course) Quote
