Shee wont start

i rebuilt my carbs three times in the last two weeks and they are perfect but shee still wont start unless i spray a little carb cleaner in the carbs and it will start and run forever but if i turn it off and let it sit for like 10 min she wont start back up unless i spray carb cleaner in it WTF is that all about i am so lost. i took out the cages and but them back in is there a right and wrong way to put them in? i but the two marks pointing down. It has fuel "i think", spark, and air i can only guess that it is not getting any gas when i kick it but if so then what do i do?

Check your choke circuit make sure it's not plugged, if no problem there check for a plugged pilot circuit,if no problem there check for plugged air screw, if no problem there check for a huge intake leak, but if thats the problem you should be running lean.
