01bansheeke Posted October 20, 2004 Report Posted October 20, 2004 vortec heads are a good way to go. decent power for the money, but they will have to be set-up to accept your intake unless you go with a vortec intake. also the stock valvesprings don't hold up to much of a cam..you may want to look a little deeper into it.
