rust colored plugs?

not sure whats going on pulling out my hair

bike ran fine going to the dunes wanted more power little low on comp, so i put new piston and rings in and went from 21cc to 18cc domes went from 130lbs comp to 188 comp running vp u2 110 octane fuel and amsoil series 2000 at 50:1 i have 300 main jets and im not sure what pilot jet with 1|2 turn out on carbs (stock carbs) and after wide open runs not sure how far 4.5 blocks long do a plug reading and plugs are rusty looking even the ground strap bike seems to run fine little boggy from idle off but other then that fine

sounds like to me you should go up on ur pilot jet size. also, if the plugs are old, you might try and get a couple new ones.
