I was looking on Rocky Mountain ATV at FMF Gold Series pipes and I saw that there are two choices. One is the "Fatty Torque" and the other is "Gnarly Torque". Is there any difference between the two? I was also looking at some Pro-Circuits and I posted a topic a while back about differences between the two, but nobody really ever comented on the Pro-Circuits much. I have a stock bike and I just want to add some power and looks. From what I've read it sounds like the FMF's are a better low end pipe whereas the Pro-Circuits are better for top-end. If anyone can comment on this I would appreciate some feedback before I decide what to do.

Fatties - overall power. good low, great mid, good added top

Gnarly - low/mid power. great low to mid power, less top end

Pro Circuits from what I've gathered, no personal experience, are similar to Fatties, but maybe a tad less low and a tad more top, but they're not specifically a top end pipe. Ask ledofthezep about them.

You can't go wrong with the Fatties, they are one of the most inexpensive pipes, but are very very good performers and their performance compares to more expensive pipes. I run FMF Fattie pipes by the way.

I agree with sredish 100% its all up to the riding you do, I myself pefer the old school fmf top end pipes for my riding style. But you can't go wrong with fatties.

I've ridden a banshee with some Fatties but not pro circuits, I would say that the fattys are a real nice pipe. ledofthezep would you mine telling us how the pro circuits are?

I got the Fatty Golds and Power Cores Better perf. than stock, and look and sound Good !!! Still fighting the jeting tho. A little boggy starting out (to lean I think) so I richened it up a bit and it's better. I think I need to go up one size pilot jet.
