I have a 94. I just put in a new crank and piston kit and started the bike and only the left cylinder was making power. First i checked for spark in the right cylinder which was good then cleaned the carbs. still nothing, i also swaped carbs and right cylinder still dead. The only time that i can get the right cylinder to do any thing is when i spray some starting fluid into the intake. also i checked compression and it seems to be good. if i have fuel, fire and compression what else could i check. i will take any advice.

Thanks

You swapped the carbs????

Dude, that means you are obviously not aware of the choke tube, little black hose about 2 inches or so long that connects the two carbs....
