troyminator Posted September 4, 2004 Report Posted September 4, 2004 Well, Last season, my run switch would not work on my bike. I just got done putting everyting back together for the new build...and I need to make sure that the engine doesn't take off and not have a way for me to shut her down. I ohm'd out the two wires and they weren't making contact...so I pulled it appart. Looked like the little plastic part with actaul contacts wasn't sitting properly...but it wouldn't stay in the correct spot either...so I superglued it in there. I could then get continuity on the switch....but now here is my question: When the switch is in the on position, should it be reading continuity or when it is in the off position should it read continuity? It is currently reading continuity when in the off position....so I hope that I didn't screw up and put the plastic part in backwards Please help T Quote
