Fasttoy Posted August 21, 2004 Report Posted August 21, 2004 hi guys.I am wanting to know what is the best for draging.Should i go 5m long rod 4m stroker or just 4m stroker.What power gain will i get,I have 34 kehin,vforce,head shaved. .030,cpi drag pipes,timing at 5degees,at sea level.In dirt at 300ft my best now is 5.26 sec.I am getting the cylinders ported.Runing a rz trans with 15/40 sprockets,20in razers.Any information would be great thanks Quote

97redshee Posted August 23, 2004 Report Posted August 23, 2004 5m long rod 4m stroker.do this but dont get a hotrods crank.i had the welds break on mine.im makin 77rwhp and 43 ft lbs on new style dynojet.dont get any portwork until you decide what you are gonna do.porting for a stock stroke wont be optimum for a 4mm motor.
