If you haven't already done so, read BenBB's tuning guide. First thing you do is the mains with plug chop to determine if you are correct. The rest is fine tuning. I've found that by changing ONLY one thing at a time eliminates a lot of guess work about whether any changes are working. Also make sure that your carbs are sync' after ANY changes involving opening the carbs. It can be frustrating and sometimes you just want to ride, but getting it right can be the difference between it screaming or blow'n. Tuning, can be the most important part of maintaining a banshee. Keep working at it and keep posting if you can't get it. ALL your tuning and plug chops should be with a warmed up engine.

 

PS sometimes major changes @ pilots/needle position shows that your required to re-evaluate your mains.
