They make a relocator bracket you can buy from rocky mountain. HOwever I just did away with mine because it is an overflow, and it doesnt suck it back it when cold. So whats the point in having it? On all dirtbikes they don't have them so why put one on the shee.

I would just rip it off and run the hose down the frame so if it bubbles out a little it goes onto the ground.

I can't picture what exactly you are talking about with the second hose. The only hose I can think of is on top of the head and it goes to the radiator. I only remember one hose going to bottle from the radiator, then the other just siphons down to the ground so that if the over flow overflowed it would go onto the ground. Hope it helps.

ok, well I checked my shee over. The hose that comes from the water pump goes into a little tee that comes up from the back of the transmission and then goes up to the radiator, at least that is how mine is set up. I hope you understand it.

If you have more questions let me know and I would be more than happy to help.

You children don't have a clue. If you have a line running from your water pump to the coolant bottle, it's hooked up wrong. There is a line that runs from the radiator to the BOTTOM of the coolant bottle. The other line FROM the coolant bottle goes over the frame by the pipe. If you want to run the 2:1 filter {I do and I think it's the best filter out there} remove the entire air box and sell it, it will help you pay for the 2:1 filter. Move the coolant bottle to the front behind the bumper {if you are going to keep it} and attach it with a couple zip ties.

The fact is, the coolant DOES get pulled back into the radiator from the coolant bottle and a 2.5 second long look at the radiator cap will prove that. Alot of guys throw away the bottle. I kept it because I figure it's there to catch the coolant and there's no reason to let it spill on the ground.

Here's a pic of mine.

Or you can just leave the stock overflow rezzie where it's currently mounted...like on mine, I run a toomey 2:1 also...no problems....I just re-routed my lines so my overflow drops on the ground behind the motor & in front of the swingarm. ;)

I dont feel that the bottle is worth keeping. Because if you look at all motocross bikes they don't have one because they are basically useless. The radiator is small enough that it cools decently and since I have taken mine off I double check the coolant once in awhile and it is always plum full. I run in the sand a lot too, just went last weekend when it was 98, and still no problems. So why use it.

So why use it.

So why not use it? I don't loose any fluid either,...it recycles itself now...if it overflows out of the rezzie, it goes on the ground. You don't have to have one,...but it's there & ya may as well use it. Just MHO. ;)
