yama_banshee Posted August 11, 2004 Report Posted August 11, 2004 well i have a 35 mm kehin carb on my blaster, i was looking it over for a race this weekend and the air/fuel screw had fell out, it was caught in between the frame and the pegs(lucky) ne way i put it back in and the night mare of how i couldent get it to run right started all over again, im not sure but does this mean i need a bigger pilot? and i kept turning it out and finally just took it out and it ran great, i know thats not how it works but it did what am i supposed to do up the pilot? i beleve the main is correct, but when the screw is in it really wont even run on top high rpm, when i hit the throttle it starts to sputter and only hit like once ever 5-8 seconds and when the screw is in it smokes alot, could somebody help me out Quote
Banchetta Posted August 20, 2004 Report Posted August 20, 2004 sounds like you should clean the carbs w/ compressed air, if the problem persist ,then try a smaller pilot. Quote
