well i have a 35 mm kehin carb on my blaster, i was looking it over for a race this weekend and the air/fuel screw had fell out, it was caught in between the frame and the pegs(lucky) ne way i put it back in and the night mare of how i couldent get it to run right started all over again, im not sure but does this mean i need a bigger pilot? and i kept turning it out and finally just took it out and it ran great, i know thats not how it works but it did what am i supposed to do up the pilot? i beleve the main is correct, but when the screw is in it really wont even run on top high rpm, when i hit the throttle it starts to sputter and only hit like once ever 5-8 seconds and when the screw is in it smokes alot, could somebody help me out

sounds like you should clean the carbs w/ compressed air, if the problem persist ,then try a smaller pilot.
