Sand Tires

Recommended Posts

Just wondering if anyone had any comments on GBC Sand-Shark rears on a banshee. They look to be a fairly cheap tire.

i hear they dont hook for shit. if youve got a pretty modded banshee get some haulers, or what led's got. if its pretty much stock get some sandstars.

and yes paddles do wear out. ive seen more than one pair of sand skate 2's with the paddles flying off in chunks.

I am going to try out my new haulers this weekend, do you guys think they will hook up good, and not rob power at the top?

They are:

20x10x10 9 paddle haulers.

I have toomey t6 pipes, uni filter, vents, 280 main, stock needle and pilot, and coolhead with 22cc domes.

What's your guy's opinions?

Sand Sharks don't hook up at all. The Geckos are too damn heavy and just want to dig but not go anywhere. You can't go wrong with Haulers. I just got some of the King's Turbo with a bike I bought but haven't had a chance to run them. They are basically a molded Hauler. A little heavier but I bet the paddles don't flex as much.
