I Have 34mm mukuni carbs clamp on k&n with outerwears, 421cc Cheetah monoblock, pump gas, paul turner mid range pipes, and I live in michigan. I would like to save some money and do this myself but it seems tricky, any help would be useful. Jeff Quote
sredish Posted July 22, 2004 Report Posted July 22, 2004 The BansheeHQ Jetting FAQ is a good place. Get a baseline figure (not from me, my knowledge does not extend to cheetahs and 34 mikunis). Then get your main dialed in first, using a WOT run in 5th or 6th gear. Once and only once your main is set, then get your needle somewhere you like. Then, dial in the pilot for good idle and response. After adjusting the idle, you may or may not have to tweak the needle again. Later. Quote

Jeff I'd start w/ a 185 or larger mains. 58 pilots and go from there...Thats what I run in mine w/ PTR mids and a 4 mil stroker... Quote
