Whats the best way I should go about prepping and painting these bad boys. About Bore size, im reading 66.675 mm on each cylender. Is this .100 over?? frocashmoney24 Posted July 13, 2004 Report Share Posted July 13, 2004 sorry icant find or remember the bore question im sure someone else will, but for the jugs, take them off and totally cover all the holes and contact surfaces(for gaskets) then get all the black paint off, use hi temp primer 3 coats, high temp paint 3 coats, then high temp clear coat 3 coats, and it comes out great, a few people including me on here have done them and they look great Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
