1998_Banshee_Racer Posted July 3, 2004 Report Posted July 3, 2004 Ive been thinkin about starting a sleeper every since ive heard what one was yesterday.I have the money to make one (I hope LOL) im really wantin to start small like an airbox lid mod.How would I go about cutting the top of the lid and whats the best way to do it and still have somewhat of a lid.I have a dremel,sawzall,and a grider that I could use on this project.Thanks for all info hopefully I will have a very nice sleeper! MotulMonsta Posted July 3, 2004 Report Posted July 3, 2004 Best way is to first remove the snorkel then cut a half moon in the back of the lid following the shape of the lid. Then drill some holes on the air deflector in the lid itself. This way more air gets to the filter. Quote
