a6079c Posted June 30, 2004 Report Posted June 30, 2004 i have a 2001 and am thinking about going to pismo in aug. i have heard that in california you have to register your bike and that california restricks the months that i will be able to ride. does anyone know if i will have problems if i dont register and try to ride outside my assigned months? andy c Quote
pimp559 Posted June 30, 2004 Report Posted June 30, 2004 Hi Andy, Cali has 2 stickers that they give out for offroad bikes/quads. One is a red sticker and one is green. If you have a red sticker you are restricted to riding times during the year. If you have a green sticker you can ride unlimted. You should be able to get a green sticker for an 2001 bike. You may not need a sticker at all if your just visting but I'm not sure on that. Quote
