Can somebody help me with jeting for trinity stage IV 2-1 setup, I am running a 48 Main, 1 up on needle clip and 168 main. BOGS alot. Takes 8-10 seconds at WOT to find Powerband

In all honesty, the best way to find out what the prob is at WOT is a plug check. If it's bogging, then kill it and look at the plugs to see if they're white or black, that will tell you what to do. It may be that it's lean and not getting the fuel to hit the powerband, or it may be that it's rich and it's coming close to fouling.

 

What other mods do you have and what's your elevation. I suggest you run a WOT plug test at the next opportunity and report back what the plugs look like.

 

Here's a link to BenBB's Jetting FAQ. It will tell you all about running a WOT test and checking the plugs. The main jet your running could be a tad lean, or could be close depending on your elev. and mods. The normal range for a piped single carb intake is around 175 to 180, somewhere in there.
