Tire Compatabiltiy (sp?)

I have Maxxis Razr's on the rear right now, 22x11x9

 

And I hate my rims, plus they are bent to shit...So I was thinking of buying some new ones (with paddles on cause I need em) They are 20x11x10

 

I dont know too much about that number, but I know the 11 is width correct? And the 22/20 is the diameter... So my guess is that the last number 9/10 is the diameter or height of the rim?? If thats correct I answered my own question just by writing it out, but will my razrs fit onto that rim?

This tire is 22" tall, 11" wide on a 9" rim.

This tire is 20" tall, 11" wide on a 10" rim. The above Maxxis Razrs will not fit on this rim. A 9" rim is needed for the above Razrs.
