There is this place Called "KItracks". This guy opened it up a year ago, they have a peewee track, a big track, 10 acres of hills and trails, 800 ft drag strip, and some mudd pitts. 5$ a year for the membership, 10$ per day to ride. I guss there is a website and I havent checked it out yet, but all of the info is supposed to be there. It is near the White Pines state park also near Lake Ladonna. Anyone wanna check it out? All that is required is a helmet, bikes and quads are welcome. I could almost ride my banshee there if I wanted to risk getting busted by the cops.

New riding area :headbang:

Ive been there once. I sat at the drags all day and ran my shee nonstop for over an hour. there was quite a nice mess of machines there. I think this is only phase one of his park. Hopefully itll get bigger by next year. Its definitely a nice place to ride at. The mx tracks are pretty nice too. O ya I lost twice the whole day at the drags.

Theres also a place near maseilles called the cliffs. Its supposed to be 300-400 acres with 100 acre buffer zone for sound, but they sound test you- or so i hear and i think the db limit is 96. I havent been there cause i dont think i could pass.

theres also fox valley but They dont let you ride there. THey constantly harp on you for going too fast and it takes the fun out of riding- especially when you pay $20 to ride all day and its only 70 acres

I will have to check out that place in marsailles (sp?). Sounds cool. I am hoping that I will make it to the "KItrack" this weekend to check it out. My family is a bunch of crazy fokers, so we should have a blast. My cousin is supposed to get his hands on a 660 (I am guessing its a raptor, he didnt say), But I am hoping to put him in his place. We will see.

Ki tracks is a nice but SMALL place to ride. But the owner is looking to buy 70 more acre's sooon. The MX track is very quad friendly, and out back there is a 800' grass drag tri-oval, most of the time people pretend they are nascar on dirt and race laps around it. Fox Valley is also nice, has plenty of hills and a MX track that is not so quad friendly. I have been to marsellies once (the cliffs) and it is awsome if you like riding in the woods. There are plenty of marked trails but it is a new park and people are still cutting new ones. However There IS a db rule and it is 96DB @3500 rpm, and they enforce it 100%. They check every quad as you park, so dont go hoping they wont check you. I saw a guy at 98 get turned down. If you are in the Illinois area check out the site pjw posted. Not many people, but everyone there is really nice and we get out on a club ride at least once a month. As a matter of fact we will be at ki-tracks this saturday (kids ride) then us big kids are heading to the badlands the following weekend

A place to ride in Illinois!?!?!? I can't believe my ears :whoa:

I'm sure our title and registration money is STILL not going to fund these though <_< I wonder where the black hole is that all that money is going down

holyman there was an article in the paper about the cliffs trying to get money from them last week or so.

I went to the cliffs on saturday and it has some sweet woods. I was at 105 db at around 2750 rpms and the guy told me i couldnt get in. So I put on the hush kit and was at 97 db at 3500 and they let me ride, but he told me to pack the silencers for next time. Theres a ton of woods there and I burned up my clutch. Heres a pic of my shee after ridin there
