Percy Posted May 12, 2004 Report Posted May 12, 2004 Hi Anyone use twin air filter on the Banshee? I have an 01 and want to add the twin air, to replace the stock filter. Ride in a lot of dust, sand and some water, so will keep the lid on. I beleive it fits into the stock box? Appreciate any tips or advise Cheers, Quote
ngelati Posted May 12, 2004 Report Posted May 12, 2004 I used to use one of this (replacement of the stock) I never had a problem. Now I use a Pro design adapter with pro flow foam filter. It is so much better... Quote
Gargamel Posted May 12, 2004 Report Posted May 12, 2004 I use the twinair, came on the shee when bought it. I ride through mud, water, and anything else the trails throw at me. I also took the airbox lid off and have had no problems yet. Quote

Ducman Posted May 12, 2004 Report Posted May 12, 2004 Twin air has been around for ever are reliable and their filters use a good duel stage foam and are long lasting. If your going to replace the filter get one with an adapter plate that bolts to the side of the airbox and the filter connects to it with a rubber coupling around the adapter and a hose clamp so you get a foolproof air tight seal and you can take the air box lid off (W/rejeting of coarse). Get a kit with foam outerwear too, most will come with it. Quote
