Billet just means it was made out of one piece, and not cast. The stock one is cast, and you can polish it. There is a post here by Meat_Head that explains how to polish cylinders, and you can apply the same ideas to the clutch cover. I did mine mostly by hand (the sanding anyway) and the polished it with my wheels. The best way is with wheels and felt bobs so you can really get into the tight spots. Quote
