8HONDO Posted May 3, 2004 Report Posted May 3, 2004 i ordered a tusk kit from rocky mountain which comes with 6 heavy duty springs.they just called me and said it will be another 2 weeks before i get it because of back order. they also mentioned that they have the exact same kit in stock but minus the heavy duty springs. my problem here is that i was only using 3 of the hd springs and 3 stock ones for ease of pulling. can i use 3 springs from a dirt digger clutch kit in place of the 3 that i was getting with the tuck kit? Basicorpse Posted May 14, 2004 Report Posted May 14, 2004 Toomey has clutch springs on thier site. The springs are 100% stiffer than stock though so you may want to use half stock springs and half thier springs. Quote
