frocashmoney24 Posted April 27, 2004 Report Posted April 27, 2004 how come u dont want to get urs lightned, i heard boonman does a hell of a good job Quote
justinklumb29 Posted April 27, 2004 Author Report Posted April 27, 2004 Because i took the side off the other day and all of this water pored out, and the flywheel is all rusty and i would rather get a new one. HOw much does boonman charge? Quote
Screamin_Banshee Posted April 27, 2004 Report Posted April 27, 2004 Most of that rust will be machined off man, its only on the surface. I am almost willing to bet Boonman will agree to this. When I had mine done ( long before Boon started doin it, RON at BansheeWorx, aka BdBanshee did mine) It was nice and rusty, he took more than I could have ever imagined off of it. I remember askin him, he said no prob.... Unless ofcourse its to far gone Quote
boonman Posted April 28, 2004 Report Posted April 28, 2004 I can't remember his name, but he very recently sent me one off of an '87 that was the rustiest that I have ever seen..... He was when he got his blingin' unit back..... As long as you can get it off in the proper manner, (with the correct puller) and it doesn't get bent, (like if you used a 3 jaw on it) i can lighten it. I'll PM you with price info...... Quote
