NAXbansheeman11 Posted April 28, 2004 Report Posted April 28, 2004 Well man u wanna stay real narrow I went with +1+1 quicksand a-arms and a -1 swing arm both highly recommanded. also u need a bigger tank and a 2into1 carb setup is a must I also went with a 2into1 pipe but thats your choice. U want to have a machine that u can trust to ride full throttle for 2 hrs or more in mud and water. so motor work is not really that big a deal but u want alot of low end so the 2into1 carb and pipe takes care of that and a port job might not be a bad idea with a coolhead o yea a steering satblizer is a must. RUNMYTA Posted April 28, 2004 Report Posted April 28, 2004 Lots of compression!!! Banshees need lots of compression to pull down low. I personally run 215lbs of compression on my ported 99 XC shee. Next thing and just as important in not more is suspension. A good set of shocks will make a difference in night and day. Mike Quote
