I dont know if there is a standard amount or if different people take off different amounts. Love it in the sand whoops where we ride too, just a blip at the top and double over em all the time. And also to add it does make a hell of a difference i mostly ride trail some mx but it is great for coming out of those tight corners in the woods Quote
