i put my shee motor together and i still ahve this little washer sitting ont eh workbench

its not in the assembly instructions or the parts diagrams anywhere

its abotu a half inch in diameter with a hole of maybe an 1/8 inch or so

it looks to be a thrust bearing and has a contact path worn onto both sides

the one sides contact is in the center and the is ont eh outer edge

my best guess is that it is supposed to lay on the bottom of the hole that the clutch release lever sets in

any help would be appreciated here guys

will i be able to split the cases part of the way to put that in if thats where it goes

does the three bond actually set up or will i be able to split it part way and add some more sealnt in there with a small brush????

There are 2 "plain" washers on the kick idler gear. The one between the idler gear and the case is actually labeled as a "plain washer" hehehe. Another slightly larger one between the gear and the c-clip.

Not sure if thats it but its one place to check...

There is a "thrust plate" that sits between the pressure plate and clutch basket but that's slightly larger I believe.
