I tried to get some money back from them for some pipes that I never got but they said that because it was over 30 days they couldn't help me. I contacted my credit card company and they reimbersed me. Then I got an e-mail from PayPal saying that they prefered it if I handled disputes through them rather than my credit card and they could suspend me for not obeying rules.
