Good Vibrations

just finished my winter rebuild. everything turned out great.....except for the vibration. it seems like the bike vibrates more now then it did before disassembly. i have checked and rechecked all torque specs and everything else i can think of. i did go from stock pistons to vitos power pistons. should i notice a change?

 

any info or thoughts would help.
