Looking For Case Saver

I did a search here and read some about using case savers & that they are pretty cheap insurance if your chain breaks.

 

I searched E-bay - no listings under seach for "Banshee case savers"

Was this the wrong phrase to search with?

Any ideas where else I might get one? About what do they cost?

Yes, they're a great thing to have when you need them. Definitely cheap insurance. The cost from Ebay is around $20. I wouldn't ride without one, as I feel much better with it. I know they work because a bud has one and he refuses to run anything other than cheap lightweight chains. He breaks one or two a year and it just falls flat and has never hurt the saver.

c_rossman is the guy who sells them on ebay. i just searched for all his auctions and the one below came up. Maybe he just listed it, maybe the wires were crossed. I found the one I bought using the same thing you mentioned. Don't know.

Banshee Case Saver

Modquad.com They make plastic and aluminum case savers. Never tried them but I liked the idea of a aluminum one.

Thank you for the link to Chris's case savers. He sent me back a note on the price, $20. He also supports BHQ members with no shipping costs. I'm ordering one.

 

Modquad has some nice parts too. They also sell some case savers, one in aluminum for $30. I think.
