Chrome plated and have a little bit of surface rust on the inside of the pipes (unseen side), and come with powercore 2 silencers. I will polish them up with that rust polish stuff that makes rust disappear, and they will be as good as new. 300 bucks + shipping. Firm on the price, savings of over 150 from new.
