mrmatt Posted March 15, 2004 Report Posted March 15, 2004 ... my shee starting popin out the exhaust and throttle response was horrrible... Check the electrical connections under the rear plastic. If you get water in there it will act exactly like you are describing. Dry all of the connections and put di-electric grease in them as was suggested earlier. I suggest removing your stator cover after ever ride that it gets submerged. It is extremely hard to seal completely, so water will get in there. If you don't dry it out, your flywheel will rust and stator won't last long. Quote

ifit8abansheedontbother Posted March 16, 2004 Author Report Posted March 16, 2004 well I found out where the 3 prong conector for the damn tors damn the tors i say...i unplugged it and i got a healthy amount of spark i also cleaned the stator for good measure as well.Now i have another problem i dont think its getting any gas i pulled the plugs and they werent wet or anything.i cant win. i checked the air filter its not soaked or anything.i suck at carb diagnosis where do i start..i started by pulling off the petcock hose and makin sure its commin out it is...so where do i go from now??????? ifit8abansheedontbother Posted March 16, 2004 Author Report Posted March 16, 2004 IT RUNS IT RUNS IT RUNS.. :flame: ..i disconnected tors..i remember when right befored it died the throttle felt strange...so i felt both the carbs when i did wot and the left carb felt strange i took off the top and the needle was stuck it took some force to get it out??put it back it looked okay...and its started right up ps idk if its just me but the tors disconnected makes it feel a little more responsize Quote
