hey guys i have a 2003 yamaha banshee with t-5s and the toomey jet kit everything perfect with the jetting it doesnt bog anywere in the rpm range i was wondering how many horsepower i am getting any help would be great

About the same 55-58. Posible 60 due to the higher compression ratio of the domes as opposed to stock head. I'm mearly guestamating. You figure about a 10-15 hp gain for pipes alone then add 2 for compression boost..the other stuff is junk. Maybe 1-2 for reeds

how much hp would you get if you had

fmf fatties with power core 2 and have twin air with no lid

and 4 degree key

and what hp difrence do you get if you mill the stock heads

It's not how much it will make, but where it makes it at. Toomey is a top end pipe, all the HP gains are up top in the higher rpms. the gnarly's or fatties run a broader power band..but peak HP numbers are lower then toomeys. But they make more low-mid hp. Depends on how you ride and where you ride. I wouldn't recomend gnarlies for wide open desert and fire trails..but then again Toomeys require serious clutch work to keep on the pipes in the woods and tigh trails. Real HP gains are made when you start bumping up the compression. But the higher the compression, the higher the octane rating you'll have to run. So there is drawbacks. You can mill close to 20 thousandths off a stock head and still run pump gas..any more and it will start to knock..meaning you need to run a better gas.
