xelerated Posted February 12, 2004 Report Posted February 12, 2004 Does anyone have to shave down the boss on the outside of the carb when they install their idle kit? I put mine in yesterday and it looks like I'm not gonna get the idle adjuster in far enough without cutting it down. Quote
BenBB Posted February 12, 2004 Report Posted February 12, 2004 ...alot. I took off the 1/8" or whatever the instructions said and same thing; it wasn't enough to raise the slide; you have to take off more like 1/4" or 3/8". Quote
