If he's a deadbeat and doesn't pay, then all you've lost is time. If your the buyer and you send the money and don't get the stuff, your out the money. If he doesn't pay, then offer the second bidder down a chance to buy, or even third. Also, if they don't pay, report it to ebay. They can cancel him so he can't do it anymore. Quote
