How Can You Tell What Model A Banshee Is?

I'm selling my 2000 shee, which is stock, and trying to buy my friends shee. He says that its like a 99' model. I really dont believe him. THe plastics are grey and yellow. This bike looks like shit.... but it will FLY. I'm not sure what all is done to it... It has loud ass DG pipes, reeds, that's all that i know of. I'm offering 2,300.

There is really no way to tell what year a Banshee is since very few, if any changes were made since 1987.

Get the VIN of the frame and check with Yamaha.
