Indubitably
Very fine steel wool will take it off easily and won't really scratch the pipes or a scotch brite pad.
jumpman23
hey demon. I did the same to my pipes and I just used 00 grade steel wool and it came off no problem.
Wallrat
I did the same thing with my gloves and it put a big deep pile of melted goo on the pipe. Steel wool didn't do shit except fall apart. I had to use a scotch-brite pad to take it off, then the steel wool did a great job making it shiny again. westcoastatv
SOS pads work great on chrome parts. They are basically just fine steel wool that have been saturated with soap. I use them on new T5 pipes and they look great.
