I have a lightened flywheel that came with a motor I was told built by hytechracing in Riverside California. Maybe he can shave one for you. Cannon Posted July 3, 2020 Report Posted July 3, 2020 some old posts on this: Boonman from 2004 "The flywheel gets chucked up in a lathe and turned down. 8 ounces of weight is removed from the the outer diameter of the wheel. 4.84" is the O.D. of the wheel after machining." BdBanshee from 2004 "I remove 8-9 ounces from the O.D. of the flywheel. Since all stock flywheels don't weigh the same, the amount varies, but the finished weight is the same. I built a fixture that the flywheel fits on, I do not clamp on the flywheel. Quote
