clutch adjustment

Recommended Posts

I have all the pieces in correctly. The new driveline clutch is working well. But it needs adjusting. I have very little room left on the adjuster screw.  I wasn't sure if this a common problem or not. I just ordered this off eBay NEW YAMAHA Banshee Clutch Pusher Pancake Bearing Push Rod & Ball .    I know parts wear out & this banshee is 20 years old. The guy I bought it form really beat on it.

I have 4 hours on the new clutch, I know it will break in & need a little more adjusting. This is my concern with having such little room left in the adjuster screw.
